Brooklyn recently opened the shop, "Brook's Nook," a long-time dream to bring her love of artwork and other creative hobbies to life and to the local area.

Many​ of the items Brooklyn creates can be found local to Chelsea, Alabama in boutiques and antique stores. She also attends many local vendor markets in the Greater Birmingham, Alabama area.

She recently launched her very first art series, called "Alabama Blooms," which includes commissioned pieces that can be customized by color and size. Additionally, Brooklyn is open to commissioning any landscape and nature pieces, but her specialty is flowers.

​

Recently, Brooklyn has developed a love for hand knitting. From blankets of all sizes and colors (even Alabama and Auburn team blankets - despite being a Georgia fan) to baby play matts, scarves and kitchen / dining room items such as pot holders, placemats and table runners.

​

She also paints and knits seasonal and holiday items.

Currently, her work can be found at Sweet Pickins' Antique Market in Childersburg, Alabama.
